APSU Junior Govs Camp

Camp Description: Foy Fitness and Recreation Center offers three summer camps for children ages 5-15.  Our Little Peayple Camp, provides 5 weeks filled with sports, games, off campus field trips, aquatic activities, indoor rock climbing, and arts and crafts for children 5-8.  Our AP Adventurers, provide 5 weeks filled with sports, aquatic activities, robotics, outdoor adventures, rock climbing, and local field trips for ages 9-12. Our Govs Outdoors (GO) Teen Camp, for ages 12-15, provides 2 weeks filled with outdoor adventure around the Clarksville area.  Each recreation based summer camp provides programming to promote healthy lifestyles among children.

Artlink Clarksville

Camp Description: ArtLink is hosting a camp this summer for students who love to create and want to learn how to turn their craft into a mini business. We will be teaching how to focus your skills, perfect your art and prep for an event so you will be able to sell what you make. This is a great opportunity to learn entrepreneur skills. This is a great way to get a head start in life, while having fun creating with like minded new friends.  This will be a 2 week camp starting in July 1 during the week days.  We will have an am session 8-1pm and afternoon session 1-6pm. July 1-15 (we will not meet on July 4th due to the holiday). Food will be provided. The grand finale will be a pop up market you will be able to sell your products at on July 30th *All participants will select a non-profit organization to give a portion of proceeds to when they set up and sell at the event on July 30th

Clarksville Elite Gymnastics Center

Camp Description: Looking for a high energy Summer program for your child? Clarksville Elite has you covered! We have our Summer camps starting May 31st and ending August 5th for children ages 3-14! These camps will include games, activities, and crafts with each weeks theme. Wednesday's campers ages 6 and up have the option to visit the City Forum to go bowling or mini golfing for an additional $13 (included in the full week price). Thursday’s we have an ice cream truck come to CEGC, and on Friday's we will provide pizza for lunch! Check-in begins at 8:45AM and camp starts at 9AM and ends at 3:00PM. Sign-up and pay by the Thursday before each camp starts to receive The discounted rate of $200 for the 1st child, and $180 for the 2nd child for full week enrollments. If you sign up and pay after the deadline’s the cost will be $225 per child for the week. CougarCasting Camp

Camp Description: CougarCasting Camp is for children ages 12-18 interested in the business of sports broadcasting. Campers will meet at 9am each morning at Clarksville Academy. A light breakfast will be provided from 9-9:30. From 9:30-Noon each day campers will hear from industry professionals like Titan’s Radio’s Rhett Bryan, Nashville Sounds Play-By-Play Voice Jeff Hem, and Austin Peay State University Radio Voice Brian Rives. Lunch will be served from Noon-1pm each day. The afternoons will be reserved for hands-on broadcasting opportunities. Each camper will end the week with a full audio reel of actual work. There will be time set aside daily for broadcast preparation. Campers will learn the art of getting ready to host a LIVE sportscast as well as how to improvise on air in real time. (Cost Includes: 1 digital recording device, 1 camp polo shirt, 2 meals daily, 1 trip to a Nashville Sounds baseball game)

Nailed It DIY Studio

Camp Description: Weekly Youth Camps run Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and are recommended for children age 7 and up. Fri-Yay camps run 9 am-1pm on Fridays. Campers will explore their creativity throughout the week and will complete a wide variety of projects. Each camper will receive a camp t-shirt and mid morning snack.  Campers will need to pack a lunch and wear suitable clothes for crafting.
